Charles Wade

Charles Wade, BMBS, MRCP, is a Clinical Research Fellow at University College London and a Neurology Registrar at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN), Queen Square, University College Foundation NHS Trust, UK. After qualifying in medicine at Peninsula Medical School, he completed his foundation training in Oxford and general medical training in London. He is undertaking his PhD in the Queen Square Multiple Sclerosis Centre (QSMSC), UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology, UK. He has a specialist interest in white matter disorders and his PhD focuses on myelin imaging. Within this he focuses not only on acquired white matter disorders (namely multiple sclerosis) but also on adult-onset inherited white matter disorders (leukodystrophies).
