Raffaele Palladino

Raffaele Palladino, is a Professor of Public Health Medicine at the Department of Public Health, University “Federico II” of Naples, Italy and Visiting Professor of Public Health at the Department of Primary Care and Public Health, Imperial College School of Public Health, London, UK. He qualified in medicine and surgery from “Federico II” University in Naples, completed five years Public Health Training and then completed his PhD at Imperial evaluating current national strategies for detection and clinical management of individuals considered at high risk of type 2 diabetes. His research activities focus on using big data in healthcare to monitor disease trajectories at population level and support public health policy evaluation as well as public health policy decision making.
