Venue: Baltimore, Maryland, USA

Event Notes:
This year’s 2025 SNO/ASCO CNS Metastases Conference — Future Frontiers: Integrating cutting-edge discoveries into care of patients offers exciting speakers and cutting-edge scientific content, engaging with a broad convergence of key stakeholders — from academia, industry, regulatory bodies, patient advocacy groups, and engaged funding agencies.
In this highly engaging and interactive event, recent scientific advances will be presented and discussed in concert with advances in local and systemic therapies that have led to tangible improvements in the outcomes of patients with CNS metastases. The structure will provide a forum that cuts across a large array of disciplines and emphasizes aspects of basic and translational
research, clinical trial design, new therapeutic approaches, diagnostics in the treatment of
CNS metastases, and patient care and quality of life. There will be ample time for interaction and networking. Set against the backdrop of Baltimore’s waterfront, the meeting will be live and in-person over the dates of August 14-16, 2025.
This year’s conference will begin on Thursday with an interactive session engaging with key industry leaders followed by a lively networking reception featuring selected scientific posters. Friday and Saturday will be kicked off with thought-provoking keynotes given by Marcela Maus of Massachusetts General Hospital and Helena Yu of Memorial Sloan Ketting Cancer Center respectively. Each session to follow will offer cutting-edge presentations on a range of timely topics including: basic research into the propensity to CNS dissemination and the metastatic niche; multidisciplinary management and integration of surgery, radiotherapy, and systemic therapy now and in the future; antibody drug conjugates and small molecular inhibitors; leptomeningeal disease; novel immunotherapeutic approaches; toxicity of therapies and their management; and clinical trial design and implementation.
As an adjunct to the leading multidisciplinary science that will be presented, the conference in Baltimore will provide an outstanding and unparalleled forum for networking and socializing with like-minded colleagues from around the world who are focused on advancing CNS metastases research and patient care. Moreover, the event offers the opportunity to interact with exhibitors from SNO’s industry and non-profit partners.
