The 19th Asian Oceanian Congress of Neurology (AOCN2024) will be held from Wednesday, May 29th to Saturday, June 1st, 2024 in Tokyo. This meeting is held in conjunction with the 65th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Neurology. The venue is Tokyo International Forum, Tokyo, Japan.

Founded originally in 1902, the Japanese Society of Neurology (JSN) has evolved into a large society with 9,800 members. Initially a combined neurology and psychiatry association, the current JSN separated in 1959 and continued to flourish ever since. The AOCN meeting was once held in Japan is 1991, and this is the second AOCN meeting in Japan.

About 30% of the sessions will be given in English and all English sessions are also co-organized by JSN and AOAN. Travel fee assistance (travel grants) will be offered to more than 100 participants from abroad. Top experts of various fields of neurology from all over the world will give lectures. The main theme of this meeting is “Hub of Neurology in Asia & Oceania”. This theme reflects the desire to position Asia and Oceania as the third center of neurology after the North America and Europe. Join this meeting to learn and discuss the currently popular topics of neurology as well as to enjoy the beauty of Tokyo in the late spring.
