Poor cardiorespiratory fitness and muscle paresis are common in people with neurological conditions. Both impact physical independence, participation and quality of life. This course will provide a comprehensive exploration of cardiorespiratory fitness testing and the importance of muscle strength, and is designed to enable clinicians to perform accurate testing of these common problems in a clinical environment.
