Event Notes:

SVERE is pleased to announce the 15th Biennial Conference on Pediatric Acquired Brain Injury in Uppsala, Sweden, 24-25 September 2026. This time planned as an international event in collaboration with The International Pediatric Brain Injury Society (IPBIS).

The educational program includes lectures and seminars and focuses on rehabilitation after CNS tumors in childhood, highlighting current clinical and scientific perspectives. The conference is held in English, with speakers from the Nordic and European countries. KEY-note lectures present consequences of CNS tumors, and specific consequences of endocrine dysfunction, on body structure, function, activity and participation. The speakers will represent several of the different professions that form the rehabilitation team.

The conference is intended for professionals and researchers in medicine, psychology, rehabilitation and education who work with children affected by brain tumors and other acquired brain injuries.
