Madeleine Grealy

Madeleine Grealy is a Professor of Psychology in the School of Psychological Sciences and Health at the University of Strathclyde, UK. Her research interests are in the cognitive rehabilitation following acquired brain injury. With Bilal Nasser she is developing a cybercycle therapy which combines physical exercise and cognitive training. This intervention uses an exercise bicycle adapted for wheelchair users linked to a virtual reality system. She is also interested in age-related changes in perceptuo-motor control and the extent to which perceived movement abilities change the activities older adults engage in.
