Management and Leadership in Neurosurgery

Venue: Hybrid (onsite/virtual)

Website: http://www.sgul.ac.uk/management

Event Notes:

Why join the course?

In addition to their clinical duties, neurosurgeons are expected to engage with various management and leadership roles. This is particularly important for senior trainees who must demonstrate that they are ready to become consultants. This course will help trainees, and newly appointed consultants, understand the various aspects of management and leadership in neurosurgery. It will provide them with strong foundations to start or strengthen their leadership journey.

Audience

This is a two day course aimed at neurosurgery trainees of all levels. It is particularly suitable for those approaching the end of their neurosurgical training. New consultants are also encouraged to attend.
