Miriam Welgampola

Associate Professor Miriam Welgampola is a Neurologist at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). Her laboratory, based at the Institute of Clinical Neurosciences, Central Clinical School, University of Sydney, focuses on capturing ictal nystagmus characteristics of recurrent vertigo, vestibular evoked potentials, optimising balance function in vestibular schwannoma and cochlear implantation. She conducts research clinics dedicated to the characterisation and management of intractable Benign Positional Vertigo.
